If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from our store and would like to return it, please refer to the procedure below. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from our store, you can return it.
If you wish to return an item, please submit your return request to our store within 14 days of receiving the product. For orders placed with a credit card, you can process the return from your order status/purchase history.
If you used another payment method, please contact us by phone and we will exchange or refund your purchase using the same method of payment.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
