For personal information entrusted to us through the Site, we are the “Data Controller” under the PDPA.
Through the inquiry form on the Site, we collect the following information.
We use the personal information entrusted to us within the scope of the following purposes.
Where we wish to use personal information for a purpose other than those above, we will first obtain your consent.
For personal information provided through the inquiry form, we collect and use it, as a rule, on the basis of your consent (given via the consent checkbox when the form is submitted).
We may also rely on pre-contractual measures — namely responding to your inquiry — and on legitimate interests (the smooth conduct of our business).
We will not provide the personal information entrusted to us to any third party without your consent, except in the following cases.
Please note that we outsource the operation and maintenance of the Site to an external production company, and personal information may be handled by them within the scope of that engagement. In such cases, we supervise the contractor appropriately.
We store the personal information entrusted to us appropriately for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use, or for the period we are required to retain it under applicable law, and delete or anonymize it promptly once that period has passed.
As a guide, the retention period is three years after an inquiry has been dealt with (except where an ongoing business relationship exists).
Under the PDPA, you may exercise the following rights in relation to your own personal information.
To make any of these requests, please contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity and respond within the period prescribed by law.
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies in order to analyze how the Site is used and to improve it.
If you would prefer not to allow cookies, you can disable them in your browser settings; note that some features of the Site may then become unavailable.
We take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, and the loss, destruction, alteration or leakage of, the personal information entrusted to us.
We may change the content of this policy in response to amendments to the law, changes to our services and similar. The revised policy takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site.
Where we make a significant change, we will announce it clearly on the Site.
